Refund policy

Should your order experience delays in shipping due to the carrier/shipping company, Shared Soil will not be held liable for damaged plants. We take pride in carefully and meticulously preparing your plants for travel. If the weather in your area is poor, you won’t be home to receive your order when it arrives, or you suspect a holiday may influence shipping, we recommend waiting until a better time. That being said, we are here to help! Please do not hesitate to reach out if you experience any issues with your order. 


We have a 12-hour return policy, which means you have 12 hours after receiving your item to request a return. Be sure to take a video of the unboxing of your order in case there are issues. To be eligible for a return, you must show proof with an unboxing video that the item was damaged upon arrival. Without an unboxing video to prove the order arrived damaged, we will be unable to help. Additionally, if you are requesting a refund, we require that you upgraded your shipping to USPS Express when the order was placed. We are looking to see you took every precaution possible!
